Should any occasion arise that delays the dispatch process, customers will be immediately informed and maximum of 4-5 days can be expected. If you require your order in a hurry, simply email us with your order ID to info.peikh@gmail.com and we will expedite the delivery process. 

Shipping Cost 

Free shipping is available for orders exceeding Rs. 1000.
Orders below Rs. 1000 will incur a nominal shipping charge, which will be specified at checkout.
An additional fee will apply for express shipping.
In the event of exchange due, a nominal shipping cost will be charged.

Return and exchange policy

However, we do offer the option to exchange products, albeit with certain conditions:

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached to be eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, customers are required to contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: In the unfortunate event of receiving damaged or defective products, customers must reach out to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for an exchange.

Please note that for all exchanges, there will be an additional cost of 150-200 rupees.

 Defect and damage:
