Return & Exchange Policy

• You can request a return or exchange within 48 hrs – no questions asked.
• Each eligible product can be exchanged only once.

Refunds

• A handling fee of ₹200 applies to all returns and exchanges, except when opting for wallet credit.
• Refunds will be processed to your wallet or original payment method.
• The refund will be processed within 15 to 20 working days after we receive the returned product.
• COD order refunds will be issued as wallet credit only.
• Products bought during special promotions like BUY 1 GET 1 & BUY 2 GET 1, are not eligible for returns.

• Eligibility for return/exchange is based on the product, not the total order value.
