Exchange/Return Policy

  • Products Priced Below ₹1000: Not eligible for exchange.
  • Products Priced Between ₹1000 and ₹2000: Eligible for exchange. The exchange can be for the same product or a limited selection of higher-priced products.
  • Exchange Fee: An additional cost of ₹150-₹200 will be applicable for all exchanges.
  • Individual Product Value: Eligibility criteria are based on the value of individual products, not the total cart or order value.
  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Exchanges are allowed under the specified conditions only.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached to be eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, customers must contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.
  • Quality Assurance: If a manufacturing defect is found, email us at support@peikh.com OR WhatsApp on: 7710926335 with an image of the defective piece within 24hrs of receiving your order for a replacement.
  • Discretion of Peikh: All exchanges, if any, will be at the discretion of peikh.com.
